We like shopping at the Bay, if you watch for the sales, get on their e-mail list you can get some real deals on Brand name merchandise. Variety varies from store to store, customer service is first rate. The staff is very helpful, and courteous. We really don't have anything bad to say about shopping at the Bay. And if you get the Bay points card, you can get even more discounts on sale items, you accumulate real money that you can spend on more of the stuff that you want. Like shoes, runners, jeans, winter coats at steep discounts. I get a brand new winter coat EVERY year! Not some cheapo Wal-Mart parka, real brand name Parkas like Tommy Hilfiger, Jack and Jones etc., all at less than 1/2 price. Google showed that it was open until 11pm (10:45 was when I went), but on the door, it says that drive through is open until 11. So, what do I do? I walk over to the drive through window and knock. Read moreTerrible service and food. Like most Canadians, we frequent Tim Hortons for coffee, tea, bagels, etc. Sadly, we stopped at the Fort MacLeod location on our way home from a weekend in BC. Being tired and hungry we were disappointed to be told there was no steeped tea and I couldn't get my bagel toasted because the "machine was being cleaned"...I opted for a ham and cheddar sandwich on an untoasted bagel.
