Well it is what is. It’s a pub but surprisingly inviting. It attracts a wide variety of people, young and old through the daytime hours. After 9 on weekends it can be a bit sketchy for tamer crowds but it seems that some really enjoy the evening festivities. They have some really well priced specials throughout the week and the food is quite good. Just remember it’s pub fare and your expectations will generally be exceeded. The staff range from good to excellent. There’s one server who works there who is super efficient, friendly and she is absolutely no nonsense with the ruffians. It is an excellent place to stop and grab a couple of beers, have some nice grub and play a couple of relaxing games of pool. Locals are always friendly and pleasantly eccentric.
