After a long day of driving, I arrived with half an hour before they closed. I wish I had arrived earlier, but I'll take what I can get. The proprietors were behind the bar, and were delightful. They answered my questions about the Distillery, Creston, and were kind enough to point me in the direction of a place to stay for the night, and a place to eat.
I tried the Saskatoon Berry, Apple, and Cherry Brandies, as well as the Cherry Kiersch. All were excellent, but I took a bottle of Cherry Bandy with me.

The newly opened location has been decorated to offer a relaxed and comfortable ambiance. Jeanette and Pat are delightful people and more than eager to share the history of their craft.    Read moreSmall little tasting shop hidden behind the trees with a quonset in the back that holds all their barrels. The tasting was delicious and incredibly fun, thr lady there was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was ample of liqueurs, brandy, gin and vodka - all of which are made by fruit products on the farm. There was one gin in particular that is definitely a crowd pleaser - butterfly blue which actually changes color when you pour tonic water in it.
