Subway — Restaurant in Creston

I Always get a Tuna Sub at Subway and I always love it. But I came to this location in Creston and asked for a Tuna Sub, they pulled out a container from the fridge. I noticed the tuna looked Fresh in the Inside of the Container, but Around the Edged, it was all Dark Orange, Old and Crusty Looking!!!! She Scraped around the Outside of the Container and Mashed it into the Fresh stuff into my Sub!!! 🤢🤮. I don’t know why I didn’t say anything at the moment…. But I got home and thought about it and thought, I don’t want to Risk getting Sick 🤢🤮. It’s NOT WORTH IT! So I took it back, and they REFUSED TO REFUND THE SUB! They said they made it Fresh in the Morning! I agreed that the inside looked Fresh but NOT THE OUTSIDE RIM. it’s LIKE They HAD OLD TUNA, and put New Stuff on Top and tried to Serve it! They didn’t even have Tuna on the Menu! So I guess it doesn’t sell too much! I left the Sub there!!! Wasted Money…. But NOT BARFING 🤢🤮...

Went at 940 after a long shift only to have the doors locked in my face by the employee directly after another customer walked out. It is posted on the door that they close at 10pm, so I called and asked why they were closing early. I was told by the employee that she needs time to wash the dishes and to clean everything up, to which I responded that she is supposed to do that after 10pm and that if they are going to be closing at 940, they need to advertise as such. I was then cursed at and told to leave, despite the fact I was sitting in my car when I placed the call. Very unimpressed with the unprofessionalism and false...

I'm no stranger to Subway, it's one of my go-to places for a bite to eat.. After the lack of basic customer service at this location, I was almost tempted to walk out without even ordering. The lady behind the counter spent more time flirting and talking with her co-worker than even trying to get my order right.
