I don't usually leave Reviews unless I feel that the idea is good it just needs a better execution. I ordered a berria taco combo, a chicken cassadia, and a strawberry cup. The order is for 2 people, and I paid $77 tax included. For that amount of money, you expect a curtain level of authenticity, quality and flavor. The quality of the food was good, but it lacked flavor and authenticity. The berria, in general was more of a beef broth that didn't have a volume at all to stick to the tacos when dipped. Also, it's not spicy whatsoever and no real flavor to add to the tacos. Another step missed, which is tortillas supposed to be dipped in berria to change color before it gets on the grill before assembling, Didn't happen, and the tortilla was white and no extra flavor. Food was insanely good but service was even better! Went for a late lunch with a few friends with plans to get birria tacos. Unfortunately they had run out of corn tortillas, so we decided on quesadillas (flour tortilla), birria ramen and the special (Mac and cheese and Cajun wings).

The food was hot and ready in 15 minutes, and to our surprise the owner had an extra bag with 4 tacos and broth included free of charge. The owner knew it was our first time trying the food, and didn’t want us to miss out on the tacos, and had located the last four corn tortillas to give us. We were blown away by the thoughtfulness and customer service displayed.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering takeout from Comfort Foodies and I must say it exceeded my expectations! The menu offers an exciting variety, and I tried both the Taco combo and the unique Pizzadilla Both were absolutely delicious, the taco was packed with flavor, and the pizzadilla was a fun twist that I hadn't seen before.
