I have just placed an order with this company and I have found that not just the manager but another staff member has not just been rude to myself but to my younger cousin. We were mid order when the staff member put the phone down on us so we had to ring back to complete our order and when answered the staff member then became rude towards us both when it wasn't called for. He then put the phone down on us again so then we decided to ring and ask for a manager as being rude to customers is unexceptable. The manager then tried to cover up for the staff member saying he wasn't rude as well as saying he hadn't put the phone down on us. The manager on shift then became annoyed with us both as well as ruse as we were trying to explain what had happened. Neither of us was rude towards either staff members and we feel as though the aren't taking their customer services to the current as well as high standard in which they need to be at. I ordered and my food took over an hour and a half to get here. When I first called and asked how long it would be they told me 45 mins to an hour so I called just over an hour later and asked if it left yet and I was told it has and would be here in 8-10 mins so I waited for another 30 minutes and it still wasn't here so I called again and a different man than I spoke to at first answered and asked me to hold an then hung up on me then I called back again and some woman answered so I began to ask her if she could get ahold of the delivery driver and tell home not to come here cause I didn't want it anymore because it would be cold by the time it got to me and she had the nerve to tell me not to be mad at her its not her fault and she would try to get ahold of the driver and tell him not to show up then sure enough about 15 mins later the delivery driver showed up. Ordering from here is just a seriouse waste of time and I would definitely recommend you going somewhere else to eat...

There are a lot of pizza places in this area, so I was a bit skeptical about another one opening up. Of course, curiosity got the better of me, and I decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with their selections, there's a lot of other things on the menu besides the typical pizza, garlic fingers and donairs. Burgers, fried chicken, subs, fish and chips, and poutine are all on the menu. I got the pizza and it was very good. My mother ordered a donair, and said it was the best she ever had. She let me try some of the meat, it was to die for. It was so good, I went back the next day and bought a donair of my own. I'm looking forward to trying the other menu items.
