Panada Pizza — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Panada pizza is real 🍕, if you looking for real shawarma pizza, you must try it. Very delicious and prices are $$. Location has lots of Free parking. Having seats at gives the store extra points. The restaurant layout need improvement as ppl are not line up. The waiting time to make an order within expectations. The preparation time also within expectations. I tried several kind of 🍕.i really like them all. The pizza was crispy and thick. I tried the falafel, that was the second time I can say, the falafel was fresh, and very delicious. I also tried the wings which also prepared with care. Cleanilness, I really noticed the guys uses gloves and the counter is usually clean. Staff knowledgeable of the work they do and must be loved what they do. They takes the order in professional way. And treat client with respect. Decorations is unique,. The green color is special. Restaurant layout is normal. Could be done more professional and easy. Thanks guys for the good services...

I am a loyal customer of this pizza chain and usually have an excellent experience at other locations. However, this particular branch consistently falls short of expectations. While the taste of the food remains good, the service at this location is very poor and unprofessional.

On one occasion, I placed an order and was told it would be delivered in 45-50 minutes. However, it arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. When I called to inquire, the staff hung up on me. I informed them that I would refuse to accept the order due to the delay, and shockingly, I was met with highly inappropriate and offensive language from the staff.

I hope the management takes serious action to improve the service at this branch, as it tarnishes the otherwise excellent reputation...

My Collegue and I were taking the First Aid Course next door and decided to have lunch at Panda Pizza - neither of us had been there before. We asked for a menu and as we ordered told them we only had 30 minutes. We were told it wasn't a problem. I ordered the Donair Dinner, figuring it would be a Donair with a side of fries.

27 minutes later I recieved a container full of fries with some meat and cheese on top - drowning in sauce. We had three minutes to eat and get to our classroom - no apology, no offer to reimburse or switch our order.

By the time I was able to eat it was cold, the fries were dry, and it was utterly unpalatable. I will never go to a Panda...
