Food is poor quality, not much to compare to other than Circle K, coffee is always a bit on the burnt side from this location. The service is deplorable, staff members show no hospitality to patrons, and the third day in a row witnessed a staff member coughing while preparing food, The third day in a row I did not order food because of this. The atmosphere is a bit loud from the machines beeping, as I had to raise my voice to have a conversation with my company increasing the volume around you. Tables are always dirty at my 25+ visits, the bathrooms, tables and seating are always dirty, when asking the staff to clean a spot they do it in despair and take their time, and to add to the laziness they do not even wash the seating and tables of unused that are clearly also dirty. Tim Hortons has really been going downhill over the past few years. I am going to speak with my feet and not return to this or other locations with a...
Read moreI’ve been a food and beverage manager for many years. It appalls me and the lack of organization in this store. There’s maybe 3 employees who are actually nice to deal with. The manager, and yes I know which one she is always has a scowl on her face. The staff walk around like they have no idea what they’re doing. The drive thru doesn’t get most of the attention it gets all the attention. Not acceptable. I was in there recently getting a coffee for my husband and one guy was walking back and forth until I finally said can you take my order please. He looked startled and said ok. I’m not trying to compare as they are 2 different companies but one thing that can be said about Starbucks staff is they are trained to at least acknowledge guests when they come in. How nice would that be. You can busy and still let the people know you’ve seen them and will be with them as soon...

The woman had very poor English and was confused by the simple order. So, she brought over a male employee whose English was even less proficient. When I stayed it has been over 15 minutes I’ve been waiting for a coffee… the response was I had to wait in the Que… like all the others. I’m was the only one there… then there were five people who came in after me!!!???? She jesters to them.,. Why would I need to wait after them??? And why use terms as if I am calling a tele centre!???? I was the only one in the line… not the Q when I arrived!???? Then they mastered conversing in another language as rude as that is. But apparently this is acceptable. I’ve tried to not boycott Tim’s but this is just over...
