Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Dauphin

I don't normally complain, but this happens to be one of the worst restaurants I've been too. The staff is rude first of all, second we asked for nachos for a starter and we got our other food first. And than when we did get out nachos.. our food was cold. (Isn't our fault) I mean it was fast to get the food don't get me wrong. But we asked for a starter nachos. And the waitress double checked that we wanted it as a started.. My mom and I asked for honey garlic ribs they didn't have any sauce on it. My boyfriend and step dad asked for 8oz tender loin and they had no sauce on it either. Just maybe a thumb size amount. The steak also didn't have any seasoning. Our bill came all together as $160 some dollars. Mom paid; the waitress came back saying she put the amount in wrong and they have to pay $50 more. We shouldn't have had to pay for it. And it was fish bowl Sunday.. the special was ceaser. I got a virgin ceaser and it costed my $10.00 in a fish bowl. While the special was $8.99 ? How come a drink with NO alcohol in it costed more? On top of that the drink was a special of the day...

Probably the worst dining experience we have had as a family in a very long time. Came for lunch on a Saturday with my family. Service delays were atrocious just to order and get our drinks. When our food finally arrived my veggie pasta was extremely oily and the side chicken breast was incredibly dry. My partners steak was well done when asked for rare; he sent it back. Fifteen minutes they returned with the same overcooked steak on a plate that was now cold. It could have been used as shoe leather. Our server Nam was very kind and polite and this is of no fault of her. Another staff member came out and argued with the request (and tried to blame her for the steak being over done) to have the steak removed from our bill. Despite the fact that it was inedible and he did not eat one bite of it. After a too long of a conversation in my opinion it was removed. It will be a long time before we return here. If I could give zero...

We had a disappointing dinner tonight after traveling from Winnipeg for a gymnastics competition. We chose this spot for a late meal before heading home. Food took a while to come out despite the restaurant being very quiet (8:30 pm). My son's kids' burger came with a shockingly small amount of fries (around 15). My chicken burger also had a very meager portion of fries. For a $20 meal, I expected more and ended up giving most of mine to my son, leaving me still hungry. My husband's salad portion was also notably small. Additionally, we were charged $8 for the kids' drinks(included with kids meals) which I didn't realize until after paying. While our server had this error corrected with an $8 refund, the tax on the drinks wasn't included. Our server did her best but the small portions, long wait for the meals, and initial billing issue made for a poor...
