Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dauphin

Ridiculous. TERRIBLE customer service. The website states they are open until 12am - which in this backwater berg is the latest anything will deliver. I call at 11:05, I am told they are no longer delivering (to a hotel that is literally 50 yards away) - so I hang up. Then, when I decide to make a pickup order, nobody answers. I call again, and a guy tells me they're closed. When I tell them that it shows they are open until 12am, they say that's only on Thursday and Friday - otherwise they close at 11. Also - not friendly at all.

Get your act together!! You're the only delivery place in town and you just lost 3 weeks worth of business because you can't even get your times right when you advertise.

Completely unimpressed. Will not be ordering from them. Then again - that's what you get when you're in Dauphin, MB - where everything closes at 7pm. I'm surprised there are even people under 50 AVAILABLE to work at a pizza hut. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that they offer terrible customer service and false advertising. Stay away. Update: went in person, dining room seems half way through a Reno and there was an incredibly loud ringer that repeated multiple times, like a phone or skip notification, but intrusively loud. Food was great, service was adequate.

Food is great; what you'd expect from a pizza hut. But I can't help but judge their lack of online. It seems they refuse to be available online just so they can make up their own prices... Not very franchise-ee if you ask me... I asked about a BOGO coupon, they said no-go, and then I asked for half and half pizza, and they said they couldn't put each sauce on each half, the entire pizza had to be one sauce or the other. Only order here on super rare treat-based occasions because I just don't approve of how they run...

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR COUPONS +++ I called in a take out order - for a cheese pizza with half ham, and 20 honey garlic wings. The bill was $45.20. I got off the phone and was DUMBFOUNDED! REally? $45. for a snack? I checked online for pricing, and called back right away. I saw the $10 medium 3 topping. They explained it is only with the coupon. I said I would call back. I called back in 1.5 minutes and asked to change my order to a $39,99 box deal and add the extras to my order. They said they could not change my order as it was already in the oven. I said I would take what I ordered PLUS. NOPE! REALLY???? NOT IMPRSSSED! AT ALL!! Customer Service...
