Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Dawson Creek

I’ve given this establishment multiple opportunities to correct their wrong. I ordered their largest Donair on 4 occasions. Absolute rip off. Avoid.

Edit: As per requested by owner: I ordered your largest donair on 4 occasions. The timeline of my orders spans several months. The first time i received the donair it had one thin layer of meat on it with about a 1/2 head of lettuce. The next 2 times were similar amounts of meat; Very very minimal meat with a ton of lettuce to “fill” the donair. I figured I’d give them 1 more chance a few months later and ordered their largest donair (4th time). It was the same. 1 thin layer of cold donair meat that was mushy (like it had been soaked in water) with a bunch of lettuce. I threw this one into the trash and had a bowl of cereal for dinner. This is why I won’t order pizza, wings or donairs from Busters again. This was all delivery. I’ve never been into this establishment. With tip, I paid $27 for a handful of lettuce and a small slice of donair meat. These were suppose to be Jumbo donairs. Anywhere else that I buy a jumbo donair has the thing so full of meat that I’m unable...

To start i skipped my donair. But its not bad. Maybe it's better at the restaurant I would say. No, this is a what you see is what you get kinda place. Sauce gonna be honest. Sweet sauce is sweet. No surprise there right. No. Im not sure what sauce I got. But it definitely over powered an extra cheese order. "to address bad reviews" Now to say what was wrong and not my chunks ordering a late night donair but it was definitely lacking in taste. The best way to put is the meat doesn't have that effect you expect from a place with donair in its name. Is what i can say other then my real problem "Sauce". I mean its still a good donair but you're not getting a big city donair gem but still its got what you expect from a donair shop regardless. My biggest issue was sauce it was over powering. Maybe it was a mistake that i got a different sauce who knows. But with everything else you're not gonna be disappointed if you go in...

I went in to order take out, the staff were both sitting in the dining area on their phones, while there were napkins and such on the floor. I ordered 2 beef donairs and went to run an errand, I returned my food was at the register the employees were back on their phones.

Now the food, the whole thing was soggy almost water logged the beef had the texture of a luncheon meat moist and cool and sparse in portion for a jumbo. The meat was less than half of the contents. The sweet sauce was watered back and lacking in flavor. I won't go back to this location.
