Dear management team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional behavior I encountered from the Manager Ravneet (I am not sure if it’s correct name, I don’t see any name batch on them) at your McDonald's store located at 1285 Clivedon Ave, Delta, BC, on November 24, 2024.
I placed an online order (Order #2106) and went to the store to pick it up. When I received my order, but upon reaching home, I discovered that the hashbrowns, a water bottle, and the Happy Meal box were missing. I immediately called the store to report the issue but received no response. After several attempts, the manager, Ravneet, finally answered the call. When I inquired about the missing items, she told me that they had been left on the counter, implying that it was my mistake for not picking them up.
Despite explaining the situation, Ravneet did not make any effort to resolve the issue or offer any assistance. She spoke in a dismissive and rude manner, which I found completely unacceptable. As a loyal McDonald's customer, I expect better treatment and respect, not only as a consumer but also in my interactions with staff.
I request that the management team review this matter and provide an apology for Ravneet's unprofessional conduct. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, as I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.

I have made multiple complaints because they constantly forget condiments. I order through the app, so it’s all tracked - it will show up on their order screen, I even PAY of extra dip and still they manage to forget it or ignore it.
Sometimes I have time to go back and have it corrected, but I only have 20min for my work breaks - it’s frustrating that I always have to waste my time for their mistakes. Every time it’s the same reply: “sorry sir, we will talk with our team and make sure the bags are being double checked in the future” but then it happens again, again, and AGAIN. So it’s obvious no one cares.
Now I am embarrassed to ever return because I feel like I’ve got the reputation being the “crazy sauce guy” but honestly - who wants to eat a pancake with no syrup, or a nugget with no sauce - especially when you pay extra for something like McChicken sauce!
Just really disappointed in this place since Annacis island is already brutal for its food options.
