Ordering has felt overwhelming in the past sometimes as the staff has to work fast but the order model is unusual if you're not used to it and there might be ingredients you're not familiar with at all, but I easily get overwhelmed and feel rushed no matter what at any customize-your-order-however-you-want type places so that's kind of on me.
Price is a bit up there but you get a LOT of food, at least if you order a burritos and don't skip on all the usual fillings. You really get to customize your burritos/bowl/salad. Idk if the other options are as hefty as the burritos as I believe they are the same price and I've always only ordered the same thing.
I can be a heavy eater and I usually have leftovers to bring home . The way they're wrapped in two (think like subways) makes it easy to eat half and bring the rest back too so that's a nice...

I went there to grab lunch today, I am vegetarian. There was worker named ARIANNA she was making chicken bowl and while doing it she dropped huge chunk of chicken in black beans container and continued doing her order. She knew what she did, she looked at me and then went in the back. If there excuse is they are busy they should remove vegetarian and vegan option from there menu, when they going to serve contaminated food anyways.
Secondly, there is guy with long hair he is super rude. The racist behaviour was on Top.He was acting very weird helping brown ethnicity people but he was pretty normal with other customers.
