New York Fries Champlain Place — Restaurant in Dieppe

Only 2 stars because it's good poutine. I ordered a bacon double cheese and a poutine with the works and got a regular poutine and a bacon double cheese. When I tried to go back and fix it they showed me the receipt that showed a bacon double cheese and a regular poutine. I know for a fact that I did not order a regular poutine and my partner with me confirmed that I did ask for the works. Not to mention we watched an employee enter the kitchen eating an a&w burger in one hand and a mostly drank tims drink in the other which, honestly should not happen. From the moment I laid eyes on the person working cash, I knew that I would be having the best service of my life. I was so grateful that my wonderful Caden Smith would be attending to my wishes. In different occasions while in the Champlain mall with family & friends, our choice for lunch has always been NYF as our kids love NYF signature fries very much. Our last visit was special, as the warm welcome and excellent service we received from your staff “Vanessa” was remarkable.
