Pizza Hut Dieppe — Restaurant in Dieppe

Order a delivery, takes an extra 10 minutes,. Ordered the tripple treat Box for 36.99 with a 2L. Delivery guy comes with the debit machine and attempted to charge me 99$ ?!? Called the store to figure out what happened, whoever answered the phone hung up once the delivery driver handed me the phone. Then calls me 2mins after with his cell, no introduction, no hi it's [ ] from Pizza Hut, heard you had issues with your order.

1st thing he did was adress me with my first name rudely, told me I made a mistake and that it was my fault for not applying a promo(which I did). Told me to stop swearing and to talk to him properly if I wanted help... over saying "what the hell"

Worst customer service from any pizza shop in the Moncton/Dieppe region.

Last two times I ordered, the stuffed crust were missing that they charge an extra 3.50$ ea for 2 Pizzas. Should of learned my lesson

They opened not too long ago! Was stoked we now have a delivery in Dieppe! Till I ordered never got anything I ordered! Zero directions followed! Driver went to 2 other buildings! I then had to drive in a snow storm to get a refund and ask them to make it the way we ordered it! Still failed to do so! They did refund me my delivery and tip! So I said I'd order next week! Here it is one week later and same horrible service and same driver failing to find our building which Google can show you! And these are the breadsticks they sent lol no cheese or seasoning and wayyyyy overdone! Never again! Don't ever go to Dieppe Pizza Hut! It's wack! Doesn't even follow the actual pizza hut recipes it seems! Anyone who knows pizza hit bread sticks knows they're covered in seasoning and cheese! These are like toast!...

Will go with dominos instead as pizza hut lied about the order already bring delivered on their site. Called them they said one to two min about ten minutes later our oder was here. Talked to the driver and order wasn't picked up till after I called to advise the site said delivered but no food was here.

The food itself was disappointing. The mozzarella stick must have sat on the counter for awhile and the bread sticks had no flavor. My husband ordered a cheese pizza and when grabbing a price there was mushrooms stuck on the bottom of the pizza. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and it must have sat so long its...
