McDonald's — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

Well we went to this rest. two times, the first time was great, fast service and great results, the second time not so good, I went to get two egg mc muffins with hash browns and was told to go somewhere else because the staff member said she was way behind and not ready to serve, I said ok and went down the street to Tim Hortons and got my whole order in 2 mins, so this sent me a very clear message that says ok for lunch but not breakfast, personally when I spend my time and gas to go to a rest. I like to be served in a timely manner don't you. I hope management will correct this situation in the future as its costing them profits, maybe a staff change is necessary to get...

I felt bad for the staff because they were really swamped. Feels like they didn't anticipate staffing up for the civic long weekend.

I did a mobile order separately because it took a while. The happy meal came after 20 mins and without the toys. They made my drinks but somehow skipped the rest of my order. That came about another 20 mins later after asking 2 different staff members about my order.
