Taco Bell — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

Been here several times, we as a family love Taco Bell when we go out of town. Now that Huntsville has a Taco Bell location, we love to get it locally now.

This location has countless problems compared to the others. The cashiers constantly ring in the wrong items you request (commonly the Doritos Gordita Crunch), make the wrong items, forget items on the order, and take forever to fulfill orders. They prioritize the drive through, so expect to wait 15-25 minutes to receive your order when you’re dining in. Then expect another 5-10 minutes for them to fix it.

Of the 10 or so times we’ve been here, the order was only rung in/made properly once. Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail this location has. Not to mention the backwards layout of the building. You shouldn’t have to walk across the flow of drive though to get into...

We have came through Taco Bell every so often bc it is one of my fiancés favourite food this evening we came through and he got his tacos like usual and when I say there was like no meat in them I mean I wouldn’t classify them as tacos they have never looked like this it was like a drop of meat and all lettuce he went in kindly asked them to add more meat or remake bc he’s never gotten them like this and they told him he needs to pay more money for it and he can add it himself and he was awkward so he paid anyway for what was in there he should have not had to pay I’ve worked in fast food b4 and this was very sad and unpleasant especially because he was very kind to them and has never had his food from there like this tonight we don’t like to complain but this was really sad...

I was so excited for a taco bell up here, and boy was the disappointment real. Half our order was missed, and what was given was made wrong. We wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru being the only ones there. No napkins, no hot sauce, no utensils,no good. Worst. I will note that when we let the guys know the food that was forgotten, they were so kind, and I feel bad leaving this review because they just seem very overwhelmed.
