Pizza Hut — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

We have gone here 3x and all 3x have been horrible.

1st time the female employee behind the counter?.....my mother who placed the order who is 68 yra old had a hard time understanding the tipping service on the atm machine and asked for help.....the women behind the counter put a 50$ tip!!!!

She didn't notice till she got home and I saw what they did....I called them and they denied it and said it was a mistake......I have a hard time believing how someone can mistakenly put 50 rather then 10...

2nd time I tried calling over the phone......I couldn't understand them at all :(

The last time......my mom tried going In again ( 2 years later ) the atm wasn't working properly and she needed help using it..........they started laughing at her like she was stupid!!.......I'm sorry but the staff at the bracebridge location is horrible!!!!!!

Now if you guys want to treat the locals that help you get through the winter months like trash and ripping off the elderly , that's your business.....but keep in mind that this is a small town and word travels fast.....i have seen so many restaurants close down because of the mistreatment...

Ordered here many times and the pizza has always been excellent! The quality is consistent from visit-to-visit, which can't be said about every other pizza location in Bracebridge.

They also did a great job fixing a mistake they made back in April. I ordered a pan pizza for pickup and unfortunately they made a hand-crafted instead. They offered to make another one but I didn't really want to wait another 15 mins, so they said come back again and they'd give me half off another medium when I came in next. I decided to go in and get that replacement pizza as part of a bigger order and they just gave me the medium for free! (as opposed to 50% off). Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised; you just don't get that kind of service anymore! This location will be our regular pizza joint...

The No Sauce option is not optional. It is on the slip ("NO SAUCE") for a reason. This time the person cutting the pizza said there was none. Imagine our shock when it's drenched in sauce.

Then we call to see what can be done because no one is going to drive the 45 minute trip again at 5-6 pm and it took not once, not twice, but THREE times for the person on the phone to understand that we would not be spending 2 whole hours of time, gas, or money, to get a replacement 4 slice pizza. Common sense may not need to be on your resumes but hot damn you're making the case that it should be.

Pizza Hut gets one last chance with us, but it will be awhile before we...
