Tim Hortons — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

Worst experience I've ever had at a timmies in my 30 years of being an Ontarian. Stopped in on my way back to Barrie Dec 30/18 at 4:30pm. I was the only person in line. Ordered a crispy chicken wrap, large black coffee and a sugar cookie. I paid the guy who handed me a coffee and he left. About 3 minutes later as I'm wondering if he's about to come with the food he comes back and says they have no crispy chicken can I do grilled. I hate the grilled chicken but I said sure as the line up was starting to get long. Another kid guy comes about two minutes later with the wrap and I mentioned I think the other guy forgot the cookie. He says not to worry the other guy was getting it. Then a few moments later asks if it was a chocolate chip. I said no a sugar cookie. He asked me to repeat myself about five times until I said the cookie in the massive picture beside the menu in the drive through. He says oh we don't have those anymore. I say ok what other filled kind do you have. He said "chocolate chip". I don't know if they had a surplus of chocolate chips cookies or he was making a commission on each one he got rid of but it's all he would offer me. I said fine. I drove away thankful I ordered a black coffee as how can you screw up a black coffee. Turns out they added sugar.... nothing...

I want to acknowledge the outstanding service experience I received from Louis at the Port Severn Tim Hortons location. My brother is visiting from BC and he lost his wallet in the bathroom at this location. Even though the bathroom was separate from Tim Hortons, Louis went personally to check to see if he could find it. He advised that it wasn’t in the bathroom and then when asked, he happily went to the convenience store to check for it. He found the wallet, saving my brother much aggravation and potential expense. I thanked Louis profusely and he humbly said it was his pleasure and asked if there was anything else he could help with. I was so pleased that there are wonderful human beings in the world and am grateful to him for this exceptional service experience. I am a loyal Tim Hortons customer and will continue to be, but be assured I will tell everyone who will listen how accommodating and friendly Louis was. Thank you so...

This is the worst tim horton’s. Don’t waste your time in stopping here. There were three people ahead of me in line and it took 20 minutes to order and make a bagel. This is not an exaggeration. Not only are the staff moving at a snails pace and have no customer service skills or sense of urgency to get customers their orders in a timely manner but they also don’t know how to make their menu items. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and tomato and received a not toasted bagel with possibly 0.2oz of cream cheese. The worst food i have ever received from any tims anywhere. If you’re on a time line to get somewhere i would recommend one of the other food stalls at this stop because you will 100% be late unless you choose to order maybe water and possibly they’ll be able to get that to you in under 5 minutes.
