Worst costumer service establishment ever. A buddy of mine and I went here just moments ago to order some slices for our evening meal. After choosing our preferred slices, my buddy goes to pay for his meal. He gets his change back, the very rude employee puts the bill down on the counter and tosses the change across the counter, causing it to go all over the place. No apology from the employee. I go to pay for my slices and even drop my change in he tip cup. Big mistake. The slices are now ready, so the employee cuts the slices and places them on the counter. My buddy then asked if he could have them bagged as we were taking them to go. The employee places the bag on the counter and says “here is your bag”. What the **? I’ve never seen that in my life. So my buddy bagged his own pizza. So I proceed to ask for a bag myself. Same thing. I must bag my own pizza. I understand that it’s not a hard thing to do, but I’m pretty sure that has a lot to do with costumer service and there was a complete lack of at this establishment. The people standing around us were even dumb founded. Is this establishment trying to break a record in being the worst costumer service place around? You...

They truly don't care about you here. They know they can cash in big time on the weekend cottage traffic. I can't blame them for long wait times during these periods, but it's their negative attitude and terrible customer service on weeknights that has my panties in a bunch. My wife picked up an order and was a fifteen minute drive away when they called and said they gave her the wrong pizza. She requested they put a fresh order in the oven but they refused. My wife then drove 15 minutes back to exchange the pizzas. While there, they charged her an extra 5 dollars for the difference!! My wife argued but they still made her pay extra ... You would expect at the very least they would waive it for our inconvenience. When she got home the pizza was dried out and stone cold. We threw it in the garbage. I won't be back. We will support local independent pizza places from now on. I sure hope they didn't sell the other customer the pizza that was in our car for half an hour. It had broccoli on it and it happened on November 15th 2017... If that was your pizza.... , who orders broccoli...

Writing my review here a few weeks later, as I wanted to not let my emotions get the best of me. August 22, 2020 at 6:30pm Called in to place an order for 2 Large pizzas. Me: I'd like to place an order for 2 large pizzas P: Sorry we are 12 orders behind and can't take anymore orders Me: oh my mother in law is in from out of town and wanted pizza, she will be so disappointed that she won't be able to have any. P: oh were you suppose to order this a half hour ago? Me: no, I figured because you close at 8pm, an hour and half from now, this would be sufficient time to make 2 larges. P: Sorry, we won't be able to take your orders.

Needless to say, I will NEVER order from here again until corporate management takes initiative to properly train this location in proper customer service and time management. Judging by the other poor reviews, it doesn't look like I am the odd one out, and this is common practice for...
