I was with my Granddaughter and I ordered a ham a cheese sandwich and I told the Supervisor Raman that I only wanted ham, cheese and butter. When I picked up the sandwich it had tomatoe, lettuce and sauce, no butter on it. I returned to the counter and told her the sandwich was made wrong. She told me I have to order the sandwich with no lettuce, tomato or sauce on it next time. I told her I said Only ham, cheese and butter. She then got adgetate and loud repeating herself how I have to order next time. I asked her how would I know what is on a sandwich. She kept repeating how I have to order it, 5 more times, loudly and talking over me. I finally said Enough, just make my sandwich. She turned around and very loudly said to the person making sandwiches that she needs another sandwich this customer ordered wrong, she only wants ham, cheese and butter. Everyone was looking over to watch the commotion. I was very embarrassed. She only had to say sorry I'll make another sandwich. This was super unprofessional. When I finally got my sandwich I had 3 of the employees apologize to me and a few customers as well. I was told this isn't the first time Raman has done this. In fact there was a customer in the lobby that a similar situation happened to them. This is actually my first bad review that I've written, Timmies usually has great service and food. Read moreReally disappointed with this specific restaurant. Our order taker was completely unfocused. I asked about an item and she just started punching buttons without answering my question - twice. My wife had to tell her 3 times what she wanted, but the order taker just kept punching buttons and adding more to the order. Then mid-sentance while finally taking my order, without a word, she turned and walked away and helped someone else - JUST WALKED AWAY! Then she tried to charge me for two of the same order, but I'll chalk that up to a miscommunication. I finally had to ask someone else to tell me what we orderd, because our order taker couldn't help and the cash register display for the customer wasn't working. Then we got to car and found we had no napkins and had to go back in and ask along with the others who were also back in the restaurant asking for forgotten napkins. The final note, part of my meal was cold - not just cooled off, but cold. Hashbrowns are really not very good cold. Most Tim Hortons are great, just not this one and unfortunately, this is not the first time we've been disappointed with this location. We'll go out of our way to find somewhere...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusted by the service here. It started bad and ended worse. From the first interaction the attended got the order wrong on the screen which I corrected because I saw it. They then made 2 bagel belts. One was made on the wrong bagel and the other one was not cut properly thus falling apart all over me in the car. I went in and they made me a new one without hesitation. The exact same issue, they are incapable of cutting bread properly apparently. When I went back in I was lied to, someone had the courage to say that ita head office policey. I questioned what was? Cutting bread ? Head office dosent let you cut bagels ? So on top of me being already annoyed I was lied to. Then the kicker, the manager comes and dosnt actually help the situation. Has no understanding of customer service or descilating a situation only frustrating the expirance as a whole. No wonder this place has a low rating to begin with. Never come here.
