We had the most delightful picnic in the park today thanks to Parse Persian Food! We ordered takeout and were absolutely thrilled with the quality and quantity of the food. We chose the gheimeh bademjan (with eggplant), meatball, and tahchin dishes, and each one was bursting with authentic Persian flavors and spices.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. They patiently answered all our questions about the dishes, ingredients, and prices, making us feel completely at ease. Their friendly and helpful demeanor really enhanced our experience.

The restaurant itself is impeccably clean, and it was clear that many of the customers were local Persians, which speaks volumes about the authenticity of the food. While there are a few stools for a quick bite, it's primarily a takeout spot. The aroma of real Persian cuisine filled the air, and the prices were very reasonable.

We highly recommend Parse Persian Food for anyone craving delicious and authentic Iranian food. We'll...

Thank you for being so gracious and helping us broaden our scope of Persian food. I love trying new cuisines but it can be intimidating to know where to start. I have had kebab before living on the North Shore most of my life. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. Offered us samples of the various stews, soups and rice's dishes while we waited for our food to be prepared. All were delicious. We ordered Joojeh kebab but I added some barberry and crispy onions. The lovely woman gave us a side of the walnut pomegranate sauce. We also ordered a meatball. All were delicious and filling, as well as quality.

We will definitely be back, especially after feeling welcomed. The place is so clean and pleasant when you come in. I cannot wait to try some of the stews as a main dish. I also look forward to the saffron rice pudding. Keep up the great work!

My one suggestion would be to have more descriptions of the food for those who are new to Persian cuisine but the staff were so helpful that it is part of your charm and...

The good: portion sizes, prices, friendliness. The bad: disorganized order system, food taste is hit and miss (probable cause explained below). The ugly: hygiene! The food remains right under several staff members behind the counter, who talk a lot right above all that food about to be served. More than once I noticed droplets of saliva jumping from their mouths into the air and obviously falling on the food right below them, that not to count arms sweat and the other day when the man closest to the kitchen window was coffing and rubbing his nose/face right before continuing to handle the foods. No gloves or phisycal barrier between their mouths/noses and the foods.. I really wanted Parse to be different from other restaurants with simillar problem.. If they talk so much while serving the foods, they should just install glasses right above the baskets, same way every Whole Foods buffet has it set up. Small cost for the great sanitary gain customers would...

I recently tried out Parse and I have to say, it was amazing! Right from the start, the team at Parse was super friendly and made sure everything was just the way I wanted. The food was the highlight! Each dish was packed with flavor, like the saffron rice and juicy kabobs. Baghali polo was my favorite – so tender and tasty! Mirzaghasemi served a bit cold, I like it more warm but it was delicious. The presentation was top-notch, too. Every dish looked beautiful and really added to the whole experience. The staff was also great – friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone had a good time. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone looking to add some authentic Persian flair to their event. You won’t be disappointed!

A while ago, I was heading home from downtown around 10:30 PM, feeling really hungry, when I noticed the beautiful lights mixed with geranium flowers at a newly opened restaurant called Parseh on Marine Drive. I decided to try my luck and walked up to the door, where I saw a few staff members and the owner cleaning up and laughing together. They welcomed me with a warm smile and offered me a portion of food they had apparently set aside for themselves. They even threw in a salad as a complimentary gesture since it was late. I felt it was my duty to share this amazing experience with you all, and I'm so happy to see Iranian businesses thriving like this in Canada. Wishing them all the best!

Parse Kitchen is a great spot for Persian food, offering a mix of traditional flavors with a modern touch. The menu includes Persian classics like kebabs, stews, and rice dishes, each prepared with authentic spices and fresh ingredients. I was especially impressed with the juiciness of their koobideh kebabs and the balance of flavors in their fesenjan, a rich walnut and pomegranate stew. The only slight drawback was the wait time, as it took a bit longer for the dishes to arrive than expected. However, the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, Parse Kitchen is a solid choice for anyone craving genuine Persian cuisine and deserves a strong 4 out of 5 stars.
