The Worst CUSTOMER Service. The Worst Management, and un trained Manager to staff. They put your food on your table, and completely ignore you as a customer, to come to your table ask you if you need anything else, if everything is ok? The most common questions that you hear all the time from any servers that serve you food in any restaurant. Today when I was paying the bill, I told the guy that was handing me the bill, I have been coming to this restaurant for past 20 years and I have Never ever seen any server come and ask us if we need anything else? Or if we want any water, Napkin ? Or if everything is ok? His immediate respond to me was: We have not been here for 20 years, I told him Ok not 20 years but from the day one that this restaurant was opened , and instead of he acknowledged and receive my comment, he started to arguing with me by telling me , We are not suppose to come to your table you should look for us and call us if you need anything, I told him I have to look for a server while I am dining with my family at restaurant or it is the server's job to come to my table ask me if we are doing ok? He responded again you have to look for us we were busy today, I told him this has been my experience every time I have been here. I told him I am just expressing my feedback and opinions so perhaps this can be improve in the future if it comes to attention of the manager, and he said to me I am the MANAGER , I asked him your name? , he said my name is Dominique. I told him if you are really manager here , first thing to know is that never argue with your customers if they are giving you a constructive comments or feedback instead you should thank them and acknowledge that, he said sorry we are dealing with financial problem in our restaurant and that is why our service is like this and he turned...

I had an exceptional experience at Sushi Man in North Vancouver! The first thing that impressed me was their super fast service. The staff were efficient and attentive, ensuring that my order was taken promptly and delivered to my table in no time.

But what truly stole the show was the quality of the sushi. Each piece was expertly crafted and packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the rice was perfectly seasoned. It was evident that Sushi Man takes great pride in delivering top-notch sushi to their customers.

One of the highlights of my visit was the special 3 item meal for $11.95. This was an incredible deal, considering the generous portions and the high quality of the food. The meal included a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and tempura, providing a well-rounded and satisfying dining experience.

The atmosphere at Sushi Man was cozy and inviting, with a pleasant and relaxed ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

If you're in North Vancouver and craving some delicious sushi, I highly recommend visiting Sushi Man. Their super fast service, great quality sushi, and the fantastic 3 item meal for $11.95 make it an absolute gem in the area. You won't be...

7pm 3-28-24 a friend and I (I am a regular of 3+ years. Great food, chefs/dishwasher) placed our order over the phone and the male cashier sighed and said there's barely any tables for dine-in. We arrive a few minutes later and theres only 3 tables of customers (1 was leaving). 5 staff members. 3 nearly toddler girls leave and scavenge their change to barely meet tip standard. The server and cashier glare and shamelessly wait for their entitled tips from mere children. Next, we forcibly get the server's attention while she leans idle, we request 3 things but her attention span heard water and left to retrieve it. Next I requested napkins and hot sauce (already requested this over the phone) and she reluctantly leaves mid sentence. Slams the hot sauce from a distance and kept a distance when I speak softly.

This is all on camera. Next we clean our table and stack the dishes, bringing it to the front and the man aggressively halts us and says to put it back. I didn't tip so he began yelling at my friend "You guys dine here, you need to tip" word for word verbatim.

Please check cameras around 7pm and blacklist this male and female cashier from...

Worst sushi I had ever have…. First… the waiter had no knowledge about their food, and didn’t know how to serve. (I don’t know how to explain here in words…) anyways. And he took my orders wrong … I ordered three rolls and two were wrong. Then I asked another waiter (who’s smarter) about my rolls and he admitted it’s wrong. So he took my plate. It came back in a few min. But since I ate one of the rolls (the correct order one… all three rolls on the same plate) and the plate was a bit messy…. But when they returned, they simply took away the wrong rolls and placed the rights ones there… without cleaning up the plate… so it looks pretty bad. And their sushi was loosely wrapped. So the ingredients fall apart when I eat. For the hand roll. The seaweed was so soft and moist which is not right. Only thing is price is relatively cheap. So you get what you pay Anyways. Won’t go there again

I suppose this is a long time favorite in North Vancouver's 20 years in the making is Sushi Man! was impressed by the diversity, From moms to long time friends, to business men. I was taken back in benevolence. I tend to feel disappointed, biting in to sushi that's not cold. that could be on me since I arrived and used the rest room The taste was decently appetizing and the ginger had a nice fresh crunch. Upon arrival I requested a booth seat, I was denied, which really seems practical since business seems good. Overall experience was pleasant and left me in with a sense of community and feel good vibe.

I was going to a store near by and saw some people lined up to get food from Sushi man. I thought this place must be good so I ordered a tray right away. The service is quite quick, price is cheap for the portion but you got what you paid for. I’ve been to many sushi restaurants, and sushi here was the worst. The quality is poor, fish didn’t taste fresh. Their house roll was ok. Dynamite roll only has tempura prawns some cucumber, and too much rice (both inside and outside). The cook couldn’t manage to cut the pieces evenly. Also the rolls were kind of loose so they fell apart when I pick them up.
