The fresh vegetables were perfectly cooked, and the flavors blended together beautifully. Currently pregnant on my fourth child had an issue with my previous order so I called the manager and she was very kind and I told her that I was gonna re-order the next day so she was going to provide me a discount on my next order, I called the restaurant to place an order and an Indian lady was speaking in her language to her other colleagues and put me on the phone for 34 minutes and starting to tell me, I don't have time it's busy here you want to order or not making comment in her language to her colleagues as if I did not understand her but my husband DID. She was very rude disrespectful and very unprofessional to be speaking in her language with her other colleagues and not helping me with my order that I would like to place. There was a price error on her end and I told her that it was supposed to be this amount that the manager told me and then she said to me what does it make a difference? It's only a couple of dollars u want to order or NOT?. It was going to be my second time ordering at this location, but never again!!!!! EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE ON...

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called the Pizza Hut on St-Jean to ask a simple question about a promotion that Pizza Hut was offering online for all Canadian branches. Instead of helping, the woman on the phone flat-out refused to honour the offer — even though it was clearly a national deal. When I very politely asked again, she hung up on me.

I tried calling back, and this time she picked up but left the phone off the hook without saying a word. When I tried again, the line went to “user busy,” clearly because she had just left the phone off the receiver.

This was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. They clearly don’t understand the basics of customer service. I will never order from this location again, and I’ll make sure my family and friends avoid it too. Extremely disappointing.
