Honestly since this location has opened I've been a happy customer. I always thought the food and service was really good however the only thing I didn't like was how they microwave the potatoes and rice in the stirofoam plate right in front of you but I was willing to look past that because I really was a fan!
With all that being said I can't even begin to explain how dissapointing and terribly rude the service was my past two visits which were in the span of 3 days.
The first out of the two bad visits, my boyfriend and I were treated with such disresect from the man making our food. We both wanted specific things on our plate (no garlic, one plate with humus only) stuff like that but nothing complicated and he acted as if we were asking the world and being very dramatic about our requests. (In the end he didnt even get them right). It's almost as if we couldnt ask questions or even say something because he looked so annoyed with us just being there. Then when my boyfriend ordered an extra sandwhich last minute we waited ten minutes for him to make it which again he looked annoyed that we were even ordering something else. We were never rude or or mean to him, we simply ordered and what we got in return was very hostile attitude. I don't see giving my business to someone like that, it was probably some of the worst customer service i've ever recieved.
Second visit wasn't as bad the service was actually great ( the other guy wasn't working that day) however my boyfriend asked for all the sauces on the side ie: garlic sauce, hummus and the tahini they put on the salad. They were really nice about it and we even saw the guy put the tahini sauce in a to-go container so we were happy. Then at the end he put the garlic sauce and hummus on the plate and then he drizzled the tahini on the salad and gave us the to-go tahini as well. We were very confused however it wasn't the end of the world, but still lol

Second time, I ordered the same thing. The poutine was meh and the pita was like the other gentleman with his picture. I don't know what was in the pita, but it wasn't chicken. I hit multiple pieces white hard fat or plastic, I don't know, the second time made me throw it in the garbage
Today, I ordered the same thing except a smaller poutine because I can never finish it, and I added a baklava. Well, I didn't get the pita. I mean, that's pretty much the only item I wanted. And I just noticed the baklava is open, it's supposed to be sealed lol bahhhh
The first time, the potatoes were so hot, I had trouble eating them, the second time it was warm and today it arrived cold, and I can feel the potato's while chewing them, they are very old.
This place is very poorly managed like many other chain restaurants. You can tell right away when a restaurant is managed properly these kinds of things don't happen often and if they do, it's very rare and the solution they find is always over the top.
My money is always good... when I send 13$ 13$ arrives. My bank doesn't forget 50 cents by mistake because of this excuse or that excuse, NO.

I ordered vegan plate - mushroom kebabs) since I am a vegan and I say no onions and no rice . I received a vegetarian order which is not even close to my order. It had rice, onions, taboule with more onions. I call to tell them this is the wrong order. Their reply was we know, we don't have anymore vegan, so we sent you a vegetarian. I tell them there is rice and onions and I am allergic, why didn't anyone call me. Their reply was we were too busy to call you (it was 10:30pm). I tell them I have allergies and gluten intolerance. He said aorrt but we are not going to call you this is the plate comme to the restaurant to choose something else. Again I repeat I am a vegan everything else is meat or gluten. Please refund me since I would have cancelled my order. I have ordered the vegan plate since covid 2021! He says no, take something else. I tell them I want my refund. Without knowing I understand Arabic he says this woman is crazy if she is getting her money back, white woman with allergies. I am not even close to white. I find out it is a new owner and explains why the food quality the service has gone down the last 5 months.
