If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from ubereats at 11am on Monday and spent 30$ for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and the entire order was wrong. I asked for a large caramel frappe with oat milk because I can’t drink regular milk and received a medium and it tasted so bad, there was caramel syrup in the bottom of the cup and chunks of ice on top (pretty sure it was not blended properly) it literally tasted like blended ice and milk with caramel and I can taste that the milk was wrong as well, I now have a stomachache. The other drink was fine but it was also a medium (I asked for venti for both..). The sandwiches were not the right ones either, I asked for a sausage and egg sandwich but received a ham and bacon sandwich (I can’t eat bacon and the sandwich was cold and gross couldn’t even eat it). The other sandwich was cold as well and didn't have the sauce I asked for. I called them to confront them and maybe ask them to remake my order and I’d come pick it up but they wouldn’t pick up my calls and I can’t even get a refund from ubereats. I can’t eat or drink any of this and even if it was the wrong order it made me sick and because of them I’ll probably have to take off from work if I don’t feel better soon. The service was amazing! Starbucks has this thing where they give you free drinks for your birthday, as long as you have an account with them and have made a purchase before. There is a worker -I don’t want to get them in trouble so I won’t mention their name- who gave me a free drink for my birthday. I didn’t know that you were supposed to have an account with Starbucks to have that reward, but they still gave me the free drink and told me that now I would know that next year I need to have an account. They gave me my VENTI drink and told me to have a nice day. Not only that, but it took them less than a minute to make my drink, which is very impressive considering it’s a Starbucks. Now enough about the experience, let me now talk about the product and location. I’ve been to many Starbucks, some of them more dirty than the others, but this location was super clean. No dirty counters, no messy tables, and no garbage everywhere. The one thing I would mention though is that my drink was half ice. There was a decent amount of my drink in the cup, but there was a lot of ice, and when I let the ice melt when I finished my drink the cup was filled halfway with water (but to be fair I didn’t pay for the drink).
