I visited Thai Express on 16/07 and was shocked by the unbearable heat inside—it was even hotter than the 37°C temperature outside, with no air conditioning or proper ventilation. When I raised this concern with the manager, instead of offering a solution or apology, he dismissively told me to "go eat at another restaurant." This is an appalling way to treat customers, especially when extreme heat poses a health risk to both diners and staff.
The only redeeming aspect was the cashier, who remained professional and courteous despite the oppressive conditions. It’s clear the employees are forced to work in an unsafe environment, which reflects poorly on the owner’s negligence. He acted confused when looking at the bills and took some time to give it to me. I look and there’s “pourboire 4.82” so I ask what that means, and he says tip. The real glass door is hidden and covered by all kinds of posters but nothing is on the glass wall next to the door, which tempts people to walking across the glass wall. Talked with other customers there and almost all of them felt the same thing. Please fix the entrance! Don’t let the bad entrance design drag the review down and keep potential customers out!
