I wish I could give it 0 stars. My mom was SO excited to stop in here when she saw on Facebook they were selling her favourite type of eggrolls. It was my mom’s first time in the store and she didn’t know how the system worked, and was rudely attacked by the woman working there when my mom went to take some eggrolls from a ‘reserved’ section. I put reserved in quotes because there was no indication for ANYONE to know they were reserved. There was no sign on the door (or any that was obvious).

My mom was also planning on buying some bagels and pastries but left immediately because she was completely embarrassed. We went down the street to pickup some fresh st viateur bagels from the location on Tecumseh - fresher anyway. We will...

I used to live in Montreal and always bought items from this location. I moved to Toronto many years ago and was only able to get my fix lol if I went to Montreal. I decided to call the location and spoke to Brent if it would be possible to send raw potatoe and cheese knish. Brent was amazing and said he would be able to send the items to Toronto. He took care of all the packing as well as arranging the UPS delivery. I just received the items and all arrived within a day as he said it would. I have had the pleasure of shopping here for many years, even if I don’t live in the area. When I returned today, after a month of not shopping here, I was super impressed with the lovely changes. The quality and freshness of the products is impressive, including the clean and tidy display. Brent, the new owner, and his team, were attentive, professional and patient. I was greeted quickly by Angie (hope I got her name right), who prepared two fantastic sandwiches and waited with a smile as I grabbed a couple more items.
