2M Pizza Dorval - Online order ! — Restaurant in Dorval

If there was less than 1 star for this restaurant, I would give it. Last night,, (after reading some 4 and 5 star reviews) Sunday Jan 31st 2021 at 6:20PM, I ordered a 14" pizza,and the cheesburger special. I gave the guy my address (6KM from the store and 9 minutes to get here),he asked me to spell out the name of my street which I did. Then,at 6:45PM,the driver called me and again asked me again to spell the street name,which I did. And then again at 7:05PM,he called me again, and this time I had to give him exact directions. He finally arrived at 7:15PM,and I paid him $38.00. I opened the cheesburger and It was ice cold and the fries were soggy. My son then looked at the pizza,and it too was cold,and the bottom was all burned and the box was full of grease.He ate a couple of pieces and said it was terrible. I then took the pizza and gave it to my upstairs neigbour for his big dog. I did not phone back the store right away, because I was very angry and didn't want to get into an argument. I phoned today, and the boss was very rude,and tiold me I should have phoned yesterday. I asked what he would have done and the answer I got seemed to say" too bad" The moral to this story is as follows: NEVER EVER BELIEVE THESE 4 AN 5 STARS REVIEWS THAT YOU MIGHT READ ABOUT A PLACE,BECAUSE I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT THEY MUST BE PUT ON BY EMPLOYEES,AND FRIENDS OF THE OWNER'

Order pizza often. Usually excellent but lately it's been very greasy. Today I decided to do an online order for a club sandwich & wings with fries & Caesar salad. While choosing sides for club sandwich there was a comment box for special instructions. I wrote "no tomatoes very important. Spicy mayo if possible. Thanks" Received with tomatoes and way too much regular mayo. Wings were overcooked. Caesar salad was drowning in dressing. Could not eat. I called resto to tell them about club sandwich but he kept telling me there was no instructions left. I kept repeating it was an option when at the food section but he kept referring to the delivery instructions box where I wrote I would meet at door. He decided to keep arguing with me even after I told him to go to their website & check it out himself. He just kept repeating I didn't write any special instructions. After several minutes of going back & forth I told him I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't going to eat & wanted what I ordered. He finally agreed. Replacement arrived 45 minutes later. The rest of our food was cold. Also ordered honey garlic sauce for wings but got sweet & sour. Not sure if I'll keep ordering...

I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the fast food establishment I recently visited. The service was impeccable, with staff that were knowledgeable and attentive to my needs.
