Message: Hello, I’ve been working for an airline in Montreal since 2009. I visited the restaurant on May 30th. I have never had such terrible service. There were 3 waitresses and 1 waiter.
Waitress number #1 greeted me. I requested two bowls for take out. She said that they do not do take out, yet the person next to me was waiting for take out. I mentioned that I work for an airline. She immediately said that she didn’t have time and it would take an hour for take out. There was about 4-5 tables at the moment. She asked another waitress to take over as she didn’t have time for my request.
Waitress #2 took my order and disappeared. Waitress #3 asked if we were taken care of. I could barely say yes before she turned and walked away without saying a word or looking at me. Waitress #2 came back and asked us how we wanted to pay. We said cash and it was only credit card. She responded by saying she didn’t have cash. We insisted. She found another waitress who had cash. She asked us how much tip we wanted to leave and we said Nothing at that point. She didn’t have enough cash to give us back.
We mentioned how dry the service was to the waiter and he didn’t seem surprised by my comment. One rotten Apple sure, but 3 in the same shift is appalling. I am not the only person who thought so unfortunately.
It may not be easy to find good staff but I think a new training in customer service is crucial.
The whole experience was alarming. The coldness and unpleasant experience, makes me want to not recommend this chain to my passengers and colleagues.

It took another 40 for someone to come to me and ask "no one got your order yet?"
I ordered a salad and a bottle of water. Salad arrived good 20 minutes later but with no water. I finished my meal and I went to the counter where I have been asked if I wanted my water to take away. Of course no apology for the abysmal service.
I think this is the first time in my life that I do not tip (apart from a 5% which seems to be mandatory)... Just eat somewhere else if you can. Do yourself a favour. Of course this does not apply if you: Have time to kill You bring...

Walked there to see no seats so we are looking around for somewhere else to sit and all empty tables were dirty. Waiter didnt ask for our drink or food order for 20min. He then brought only one person a drink and it was a drink nobody at the table asked for. Waited 20min to see him again and told him about the drinks.
