June 9th around 11h30 I visited Tim Hortons 475 ave Dumont #107 Dorval Québec H9S 5W2to order drinks. The cashier who took my order was very rude and disrespectful. I simply asked her what is the total amount before tax because i wanted to know how much i was missing to apply the 3$ coupon on a 15$ minimum order. she didnt understand me and i kept asking her and she didn't answer the question. She started to get worked up and aggressively pushed the screen toward me and kept showing me the price after tax. Long story short she told me to Get Out of the store. This is very disrespectful and very bad customer service. I start to wonder if that employee even understands english or french. There must be a camera in the store and you can check the conversation on that day. I filed a complaint but I didn’t get a call back from the manager or the owner , one of them claimed to be the manger but refused to give the name when I asked and started to side that employee who was rude and said it’s normal to tell the client to GET OUT , very poor customer service and I think they need to get...
Read moreI recently visited this Tim Hortons location, and I have to say, it was one of the dirtiest branches I’ve ever been to. Right from the moment I walked in, I noticed the floors were covered in crumbs, spilled coffee, and even napkins just lying around. The tables were sticky and hadn’t been wiped down in what seemed like hours. The trash bins were overflowing, and there were used cups and food wrappers left on several tables.
The bathrooms were no better—there was no soap, the sinks were stained, and the floors were wet and grimy. Even the counter area, where customers pick up their orders, looked disorganized and messy. It didn’t inspire much confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Overall, it felt like the staff was either overwhelmed or just didn’t care about keeping the place clean. It’s a shame because this lack of cleanliness made what should have been a quick coffee stop into an unpleasant experience. Definitely not up to the standard you’d expect from a Tim Hortons. This place isn’t the same place...
Read moreWalked in to use bathroom facilities first. Bathroom maintenance was not a priority at this quiet location. Toilet paper pieces on floor, sink dirty, mirror stained. The most disturbing part was the disregard for maintaining a proper working door to the one toilet stall, very difficult to lock and then unlock to get out ! Even the door handle to the bathroom was in disrepair, dangling at an angle. This is negligence on the part of the franchisee owner and Tim's. The suppose MOD on staff had no answer to give on that except they claimed to clean 2X daily. Maintaining a decent hygienic standard in a restaurant is a must especially now. Maintaining a fresh bathroom with proper restorative maintenance..doors,locks, handles etc. are part of the trust/loyalty to the brand. It means we care about our customers. Based on my negative experience I did not eat anything there nor would I consider this location until those issues are addressed in the...
