This little cafe has delicious food but the staff were not knowledgeable about, nor did they check the ingredients lists, before proclaiming that some of their products were dairy and soy free, rather they guessed, which resulted in a rather nasty reaction for a toddler. Upon that being brought to their attention, they did check the ingredients and found that indeed, there was dairy in a product that had been indicated as dairy free. Having said that, I do believe they will be much more careful in future when dealing with allergies. Staff are friendly, and, as noted, the food is very good! Entering the Cobblestone Cafe is an immediate thrill. The place is alive with happy people and tasty aromas of food and coffee. When the roast beef and cheddar sandwich I ordered was sold out, the chef improvised and served me a roast beef au jus on toast with onion and mozzarella in the panini press. Cobblestone Cafe catered my recent wedding and wow, I cannot recommend them enough. Manesh worked with us one on one to tailor a menu to our needs, even adding a menu item that they didn't typically serve just to go the extra mile.
