IVY PHO — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

Very disappointed. Our family came here to eat and had multiple disappointments. We got multiple orders of salad rolls and the meat was completely burnt in all of them. The pho soup tasted like water there was no flavour at all. My sister had to wait an additional 20 minutes for her food after we all got ours and the place only had one other person in the restaurant. We were told we had to wait an hour for the bobas for our bubble tea. We also had to ask for plates as we spend half of our visit eating shared appetizers on napkins. Fantastic food Husband and wife very nice people. He’s a little hard to hear soft spoken. Travelling we stopped here to eat and glad we did! The deluxe vermicelli was one of the best I’ve had. The meats had so much good flavour and fresh. Shrimp salad rolls were average I’ve had better sauce and extra filling like shredded carrot and mint leaf. Size was the same. But more plain then others. Shrimp and spring rolls were perfectly cooked. The sub I did not try but was finished there. My friend said was very good also. Good value for your money! Good luck...

Service was really good and they were so nice :) Got the grilled beef Vietnamese submarine and the shrimp salad rolls. Both were absolutely delicious! I honestly typically don't like peanut based sauces but the dip for the rolls enhanced their flavor and went so well with them! I think the sub/banh mi is really worth it especially since it was bigger than expected. Would love to come again and try their...
