Disappointing experience. Ordered French fries and they arrived cold, chewy and tasted like yesterday's leftovers. Wanted a small salad bowl on the side and was told I couldn't get that - was made to get the full salad plate at 16$. The choice of salads was good, but they were all quite bland from what I tried, and I had 6 or 7 varieties.

The kids grilled cheese ended up being a slice of square orange cheese inside a burger bun. Really poor result.

My 6 year old daughter had the kids spaghetti meal, and the portion was not enough, she was still hungry after finishing, so I gave her some of my salad and was told we were not allowed to share and had to pay a surcharge.

I left feeling robbed, unsatisfied and really disappointed with the quality of food considering the price I paid.

Scores Drummondville. Worst service ever! Right away I could feel the waitress had a problem with us and then she brings me the wrong order. Of course I can't send it back because she looks like she's going to spit in it. She didn't even bring my boyfriend the second drink he asked for. And my eight year old's salad bar was 13.50$. Great salad bar, okay chicken plates but terrible customer service. We were charged 75 cents for a takeout box. Honestly it’s not about the 75 cents.

We spent almost 100$ for lunch and having to pay 75 cents to take the last of our meal is a little outrageous considering they raised pricing on every item on the menu.

What got me upset and honestly ruined forever my experience at scores is not the 75 cents but how it was explained and how the box carrying the food was superior. What if we took takeout, isint the box free?????
