• MANAGERS * Check your night shift employees. Normally I really like the staff at this location, tonight however I was absolutely disgusted and infuriated with the lack of service I received. Horrendous is the only word that truly encapsulates my experience. Approximately 9:57 pm I pulled into the drive through to the order kiosk. I wasn't greeted with the friendly voice I was expecting, instead silence. So I waited a minute or so, and then I started at first politely saying Hello? Until I had repeated myself at least 15 times with an escalating tone. When that didn't work, I honked my horn. Not once or twice, but 3 times. Still no answer. So I rolled up to the drive through window to find a curly haired employee with his headset off. After another delay, and clearly agitated, I asked if they were open. He replied well yea, so I asked why he didn't answer me, while I clearly sat there for almost 5 full minutes. He was laughing as he started arguing with me about me honking my horn and waiting - saying his headset makes a noise, so I couldn't have sat there. As if to say, I am purposely lying about this whole experience, and then didn't want to get the food I had originally planned on ordering. He bickered with me for another minute until I was so frustrated that I left.

Absolutely garbage service. This employee needs to be fired. I will absolutely be calling in to this location in the morning as well and speaking to the on duty management about...

Sadly, though I can't say for sure whether it's the team members (not all) or if it's management pressuring in them too much many errors are made in orders

Every single time (8 times); no matter what I ordered, even through UberEats the orders usually bad half of the order missing , other times wrong orders, one friend had an allergic reaction from not knowing there were pickles in his burger which we had EXPLICITLY explained that this friend's order must NOT even have juice from the pickles on their latex gloves telling them that they gotta clean the cutting board then put on clean gloves handing the special order avoiding every possible chance of encountering pickles and liquid they are in, wrap the burger up then change gloves after sending the order away to be in a separate bag,)

Food is meh, more like sloppy half smashed food that was at least in the bag received. I no longer go to that location and whenever asked if it's a good restaurant to eat at, I shake my head.

Tables are not cleaned. Had to ask staff to wash tables and chairs Some of the times they refused stating they are not responsible for sanitization - excuse me? I worked as a Head Chef and this behaviour would have never happened. Not once. People's health are constantly at risk when they don't eat at home having prepared the food themselves they KNOW are safe and...

Came in here to dine in on August 30th 2022. Took awhile but that’s usual for this location, ordered 2 burger meals and a frozen lemonade. The person in front of me ordered no onions and they had to remake his burgers as they put onions on them. Now onto the really bad part, I’m pretty sure the multiple breeds of FLYING INSECTS in the restaurant were breeding at this point. And the staff seemed oblivious to it and were in no way mitigating the situation. Hope there wasn’t that many flies in the kitchen. Kinda didn’t want to eat my food when I got it. We did not dine in. I’m talking like 20-30 black fly’s, other wierd ones, and ALOT of fruit flys hovering around the condiments, pretty sure they had made their way into the big ketchup dispenser. Wave your hand in front of it and a cloud came up, at least 15 no joke. Was thinking of the health aspects…. Took some ketchup packets instead. Don’t think I’ll be returning and there a lot of other A&W’s...
