Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Edmonton

I was blessed with a gift card and put it to use last night. I tried to order online, however I did not have much luck. Two problems, first I suck at computers, second the site keeps trying to upsell me all the time. I finally get my order in and the total is way higher than it's supposed to be. THE SITE NEEDS WORK. I went to my closest location and ordered a grand slam, while I was waiting the proprietor of this location was extremely helpful, considering and patience, answering questions about the new vegan choice, even gave me a taste of the vegan cheese as a sample. This is what pizza 73 should be doing, this guy was great. It is a small location of course but very well done!!! The pizza its self was very good, great flavors and prepared well, good amount of toppings at this location, some places can be quite different. My only issue is that I found it a bit salty. Other than that I will certainly go back to this location as it's close and good. Note to franchise owners, this is were you should send your people for training in all areas of your business. Food prep, customer service, product knowledge, marketing, 9722 Ottwell Rd Edmonton is the location....

I'll make this a sweet and short version. Ordered two 8 piece of wings well done with fries for delivery. Took over an hour and I was still waiting. Never delivered. Called to follow up. Forgot to make order. Called in a delivery order again for two orders of wings well done and a box of fries. When I proceeded to order my first item of hot wings well done, the POS on the other side of the phone said:' WHAT?'. Repeated the item, said:'What?' Again. Says:' I don't understand you, I need the quantity. I don't understand.' Kept repeating myself and explained how we waited over an hour for an order never delivered. It's called customer service at this point D bag. Own up that your restaurant messed up. Ordered Chinese food instead, so much better than ordering off cheapskates. I get it. Charge extra for toppings, take your time making food, but make sure you actually put the extra toppings we order it, own up to your mistakes.(Extra toppings order was a previous order they messed up on). Just save your money and buy store bought pizza for $5. The Costco/Walmart/Superstore/Safeway frozen aisle has less attitude than the arrogant A hole...

Chicken topping was a joke as size of m&m’s is even better. Staff is every time very rude and disrespectful. There is something wrong with the people here especially the man who was working here on late night; Tuesday 16 Feb 2022. He is extremely unprofessional and needs some serious training on very basic customer service etiquettes! Ordered from other locations and never had any issues but at this store not even a single good experience. Poor quality pizza and Unprofessional staff. Never going back again. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Pizza73 has seal proof boxes but I was given an old box (photo attached with this review) and when asked the man working there laughed and had no reason or answer to my question. I could see the seal proof boxes behind the counter and then he said, we just got the boxes. This is a serious quality flaw deteriorating Pizza73’s goodwill.
