Brado's Pizza — Restaurant in Edmonton

Came here to shoot pool with a couple friends, and left my coat on the chair I was sitting at next to the pool table.

Turns out management took our coats off of the tables, but didn't notify any of the staff. After asking 3 servers and the bartenders, nobody knew anything about our missing coats.

Eventually, someone notified to manager, who after about half an hour brought my coat back to me telling me that some people come in to steal things when customers aren't looking. I thought that was fine, and said I appreciate that, but you need to notify your staff, so that when I ask 4 people and they tell me that they don't know anything about our missing coats, someone knows what's happening.

A few minutes later, the female bartender came up to me and got right into my face telling me that I should be thanking them for "saving" our coats and that I should be "thankful" and even threatening to kick me out for telling the others I was playing with what happened on THREE seperate occasions. I responded that if management is going to take patron's coats, then they should notify staff so that they can return them to the patrons.

Never have I been talked to by a bartender like that in my life. I felt threatened and I though the situation was resolved.

Brado's is a classic neighborhood watering hole. Nice diverse menu, good food, affordable drinks. This is where the locals hang out. You will learn the faces of the regular patrons. And the staff get to know you. It didn't take more than 2 visits before the waitress was predicting our orders. They take care of us.

It is a sports bar. If that's your thing it's a good place to watch the games. It's not my thing, I'm there for the karaoke. Which brings me to the best part: KARAOKE EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY! The crowd is usually just the right size so that the rotation is quick enough to get several songs in. The usual host is the best!!

The only downside is that it's in a neighborhood that has some problems. Not unsafe in anyway, just showing some signs of poverty related issues. Things just aren't as shiny as you might find in other neighborhood. But you know what, that just makes it real. Good people are found everywhere and you'll definitely find good...

When I say I am blown away by the quality, flavour and just all around amazing little place this is- I’m not joking. I ordered for my Grandmother for the first time last week at the recommendation of some her friends and clients from my work. I ordered her the seafood pizza with a Caesar salad. She took one bite and I watched her face light up, she said “I don’t always like pizza but this is the best damn pizza I’ve ever had! And the salad it’s so fresh!!!” Needless to say she was hooked. We ordered again tonight for a dinner for the two of us and she is one happy camper. The Clubhouse sandwich is incredible, fresh and tasty! The fries are incredible, the gravy is savoury and smooth and the salad again, a huge winner! This place is a definite gem of the west end and I applaud them at providing excellent service and amazing food in this area! Bravo, Brado’s Pizza! You guys are...
