Last night around 10 PM, I went through the drive-thru to place an order. After ordering, I asked the crew member to repeat my order, but she responded in a rude tone, saying, It's on the screen. However, we couldn’t see anything displayed.
I politely told her multiple times that our order wasn’t visible on the screen, but instead of addressing the issue, she raised her voice and said, Don’t worry, I’ll give you a receipt—just proceed to the next window. I explained that we wanted to make sure the order was correct since some of our items were customized, but she insisted we move forward.
At the next window, I asked another crew member—a polite young man—for the receipt so we could verify our order. He read it aloud, and I immediately noticed an item was missing. When I pointed this out, a female crew member, whom I recognized by her voice as the one who took our order, loudly insisted, Yes, it’s right! I told her, No, I ordered four coffees, but you only gave us three. Thankfully, the other crew member apologized and quickly fixed the mistake.
Unfortunately, because of the rude attitude from that staff member, I won’t be returning to this location. I can still recognize her face, and this experience left a...

Read moreThe worse Tim Horton I'd ever been in, in the entire world ever. This restaurant needs to closed its door, pack and leave the store for those who can managed it better especially the employees. Went there this evening, bought 20 timbits, 10 old fashion and 10 sorted and got all 20 sorted. Bought 2 large French Vanilla and got all half cups, bought 1 large coffee 4 sugar 1 cream got opposite of how I like my coffee to be, when coffee order was corrected they extra add cream and none of sugar in the coffee, all 3 drinks were cold like they got it out of freezer, chaii. Honestly this is a very bad customer services that need to be corrected otherwise tim Horton name will never be the same like used to be back in the days. This is not a complained, but a real suggestion for this Tim Horton location to change the way they serve their customers and oh, the order taker described as a white male medium body when seen on the windw was...
