Hollywood Pizza & Donair Ltd — Restaurant in Jasper Place

I looked at the menu online before calling but when I ordered what I found online the guy kept arguing with me that they had no such thing . So I asked if they had any specials with just pizza & wings .. he listed off every donair & pasta special , but no wings . When I tried to talk he would cut me off & was raising his voice & getting angry for no reason . I told him all Im interested in is pizza & wings . So I eventually said I guess I’ll look at the online menu again & he hung up on me . Silly me decides to go there to see the menu in person & I noticed the customers waiting were already frustrated with waiting over a half hour ... there were no other customers . I was told 15 min & sat there over half hour as well . At one point I even wondered if they had forgotten about me ... I stood up to see where the workers were & they were sitting in the kitchen talking . Hollywood pizza will never get my business again ... very poor service ! & the creepy pictures of the Asian...

I was happy for years and ordered and tipped generously for years . When I placed an order and received 2 pizzas I called and let the guy know. He instantly blamed me and was rude. The pizza I got wasn't even what I ordered. When I communicated this I was called crazy laughed at and then hung up on. Instead of admitting that it was his mistake and making it right he acted like a child and blamed me. I will never order from them again. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Waste of money. They know me and know that I have never complained before. His attitude an ego just cost him a lot of business considering I order from all 3 locations and will not be anymore. Neither will my family & siblings and there family's. We where all shocked at how he spoke to me over a pizza! Expecially when it was...

I went in around 11:30, not busy on a Friday, first time I have gone to Hollywood Pizza, ordered a 12” 2 topping, meatball sub (which is one of the best I have tried in city), tossed salad (huge for 5 bucks) and an order of there lasagna for 5.50. Everything I ordered was hot, fast and tasted great, even the cheese in the lasagna was baked so it didn’t stick to top of lid, that meatball sub is memorable with the spiced meatball, cheese and peppers on the sub( not spicy, all tasty). Pizza was a surprise, real bacon slices and whole pineapple chunks, for 8.50 at lunch, can’t go wrong, all in all I spent 27 bones and fed myself, my wife and myself once again later 😊. Really nice couple run this place, it’s not prettiest inside but don’t let that fool you, these people put all their heart into...
