Bully Food Truck Inc — Restaurant in Edmonton

I had Bully cater both my staff Christmas party in 2021 and my wedding in October 2022. Both times they were so helpful in choosing our meals. They were very flexible and the pricing is so fair. Our wedding coordinator and our guests mentioned how professional the staff were. The food...which is why you're all reading this...is AMAZING. They source local meat and you can taste the passion in their creations. There are so many unique options and their signature dishes (bully mac etc) are something to write home about. The meat is always well seasoned, cooked perfectly and accompanied by the tastiest side dishes and salads. They have a lot of attention to detail and they make sure everything they serve is well thought out. I highly recommend them for your events. And check out their food truck...

Tonight was my first time eating from Bully and although I was only able to try one item the menu looked pretty good. Most typical food trucks have this expansive menu whereas Bully had 4-6 items on the menu. This tells me they work hard to make those few items the star on the experience. With that said the results were as I thought, I had the Mac n cheese and all I can say is wow...that Mac was something. It had so many flavors and textures my taste buds and my mind were working overtime to figure out what all had been put into this. In the end I spoke to the crew and I got some wicked tidbits and "secrets" that I'm gonna keep to myself and I may even try.

I will definitely try Bully again if and when I see them. Job...

I was visiting an event they were serving at. The food tasted amazing and high quality. And they had a decent spread. But the person who was serving the food was very surly to myself and my partner, like they were annoyed to be there. It was definitely a topic thst came up in other attendee conversations. Another person I knew said "they live up to their name." If I were considering hiring food or catering for an event, I would definitely wonder if they would make the best positive, lasting impression with the customer...
