Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Edmonton

We have been visiting this DQ for over 5 years and I am absolutely disgusted at what they said today! My husband and I like to have fun and goof around...He was trying to make up his mind on what to eat. The guy at the till said "Is he waiting for your permission." I looked at him and said "No, he is trying to decide!" We placed his order and he made another comment regarding my husband needs me to decide for him. My son and I just looked at each other and didn't respond. (My husband is very hard of hearing and luckily he couldn't hear this guy!

He said something to the Manager/Owner and they looked at my husband and laughed. (They didn't say it in English.)

Later I went to order our deserts and he was very disdainful towards me - even though I was friendly. Then I was teasing my husband because he was being impatient at the table. I wanted to surprise him with a Banana Split. When the treats were ready...this man said to me..."Is your baby crying?".

HOW DARE YOU insult my husband! How DARE you assume he isn't a man because I order for him and I help him! How DARE you insult a happy couple who enjoy life!!

We are done with this restaurant. You do not have the right to blatantly insult my husband and get away with it! I didn't make a scene because there was a child in the restaurant and I didn't want my husband to know that he was being insulted!

I went came here to grab a meal the $9 chicken tender meal and my girlfriend got a plain brownie blizzard. So when I got my food my girlfriend said the there was just brownie crums in the blizzard and I tried its and she wasn't wrong. Then when I got home I realized that lady never gave me my drink and didn't ask me witch sauce. So I went back to get the ladys name and ask for a new blizzard. Then she said she wasn't gonna share her name and that I'd have to talk to a manager but there wasn't one there. She gave me my drink cup and because she wouldn't share her name I took a photo of her so I can prove to the manager who I was dealing with. She was gonna write me a coupon but since I wouldnt deleted the photo she said that I wouldn't get it and she wouldn't give me my sauce. Me and my girlfriend were very disappointed in our order and probably won't be going back for a while. But I'm definitely going back to to to the manager because they shouldn't treat consumers like that. And I'd hate for this to happen to...

the lady cashier was very nice . Ordered 4pcs of chicken strips combo , the strips are dry and very old . Also i want to complain one of your employee a male working at this time 05:08pm June 30th .You need to train him proper way of customer service .my daughter accidentally took the order that wasn't ours . I even said sorry we took her order and could you please make another one for that customer coz my daughter already ate some and you want to give the ice cream to the customer . They way you answered me I should listen to my order I said sorry i am not familiar with your menu as I never ordered from DQ before. You sound very very rude the tone of your voice and the reaction of your face shows it all is that how DQ trained their employees towards their customer ? very disappointing my first ever experience in this restaurant.
