Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Edmonton

Walked in and waited almost 5 minutes to find out the only staff member was in the washroom. Asked for the Pepperoni and Puffs special, since apparently this store does NOT keep "Hot n Ready" pizzas as it is supposed to. She handed me a pepperoni pizza that looked like it had been sitting for over half an hour... the crust was HARD as a rock, the cheese looked like it was sitting there melting away, the whole pizza was NOT presentable. When I asked the lady about it being there for a while, she admitted it was, and asked if I wanted a new pizza. When I said yes, she acted like I had inconvenienced her. Because asking her to make a fresh pizza, which is her job, was such an issue? I've had problems at this location before, but this was well beyond just "brushing it off and moving on". Service was HORRIBLE, she was on her phone headset the entire time she was making my pizza, she didn't interact at all other than at the beginning of my visit. Wouldn't recommend this specific location to ANYONE with...

Placed an order online. It says 15 to 20 minutes. I walked in to the store after 20 minutes. My order wasn't ready yet. This is not the big problem. I found another customer waiting for his late order. The girl working over there gave him a wrong order. At that time he was so angry, and told her this is the second time they made the same mistake and he asked for his money back. The girl asked him to wait few minutes until she call her manager for a refund. she made the call then she went back to start making my pizza without washing her hands after touching the cell phone. yes she was making my late order with a bare hands without washing them. I asked her to stop making my order and to refund me. If they continue like that. they will lose all the customers from Mcconachie and Cy baker communities. For me I will never be back to this pizza...

Very upset with the staft who call me at first iwas amaze she call me if everthing is ok if i got my delivery on skip on time wow i thought shes concern about my order its seem everything is ok all items complete but when my son start digging on it we realize its missing the cheese on stuffed crust we order so we report to skip and took a photo then here you go again the said staff call us again with the rude voice asking me to send her a picture of the said items if shes nice i will send her the picture but the tone of her voice wow disturbing me and annoy me with my rest time got my hypertension attack i will never order pizza with this location again manning location is way way better the food and the service in manning...
