Subway — Restaurant in Edmonton

Genuinely one of the worst Subways I have ever been to. It seems after reading some recent reviews I’m not the only person who has experienced this. The girl with no name on her name tag, AirPods in, has a complete and utter lack of customer service. Doesn’t do the simple most basic requirements such as asking what sandwich you want, what cheese you want (instead, immediately starts putting white cheese on unless you’re able to correct her in time), automatically tried to put my sandwich in the toaster without asking, doesn’t utter a word the entire time. It is appalling just how bad it is, I have no idea how she still works there with the massive amount of poor reviews for her specifically. Afterwards, a fly landed on the inside of my sandwich and I told her I did not want to eat a sandwich that just had a fly land in it. All I got in response was a blank stare, and someone else had to come out and ask what the issue was. The other girl was great and immediately remade my sandwich. However, I will never be a patron of this location again as long as she works there, completely...

I never like to leave one star reviews but this new subway owner needs to hear how rude his staff is. I went here 9pm for a sandwich and a girl who scrubbed her name off her name tag was making a sandwich. She didn't say one word to me during the entire interaction. She wore her airpods and understood each word I said.

I asked her one question "what's in the salad" and even then she refused to speak and just pointed to some vegetables.

After I paid I said to her "you don't speak?" she smirked at her awful service shook her saying no and walked away. To the owner this is the kind of staff you are trusting to run your resturaunt. I live by this new location but will only visit subway on 167 Ave and Manning centre. Won't be coming here again with such terrible staff. This took place Wednesday...

"Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Subway location was a letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed and rude, which didn't exactly make for a welcoming atmosphere. The sandwiches themselves were subpar - the ingredients didn't seem fresh, and the overall quality was disappointing. "Terrible experience with Subway's store staff service! I accidentally ordered on the wrong location through the app and immediately called the store to cancel. However, the staff lied to me, claiming they had already made my sandwich in just 1 minute, which didn't seem possible. Not only was their customer service unhelpful, but it also seemed dishonest.
