Pizza and wings came cold nearly 40 mins past the quoted time, These items were well out of the safe food handling temperature.
The driver informed me to call it in, and I was refused a refund. Charlene, the extremely rude BC based corporate Senior manger who called me flat out denied that my food was cold and late, and informed that I don’t know what safe food handling temperatures are.
I would be worried about food bourn pathogens and bacteria at this panago location, as well as lack of courteous senior management in their corporate organization.
I’d recommend one of the multiple other pizza locations in the area that are significantly cheaper, as well as customer focused, and not trying to serve old food at Panago...
