I usually go to this Pizza Hut with my younger sister, before in the past there was great and phenomenal customer service. We would walk there from our house and sit outside and wait “10 ish Minute’s” for our food, the guy who usually or regularly worked there would either bring it out to us as a kind gesture or tap on the glass to let us know it was done.
Now this employee isn’t there and new people have came in. I have had rude and disrespectful service towards me and my sister the past few visits. One of the times I went I was waiting in my mom’s car and I went in by myself. When I walked in I was ignored until the staff felt it was convenient for them to assist me. I placed my order and was told “15 minutes” felt kind of strange as before it was usually a 10 minute wait. So I waited in the car for my food. When I returned at about 15 minutes I was ignored once again upon walking in to grab my food. I asked the lady working “Is my pizza done?” She said “15 minutes” I said to her I already waited that time period for my food. She walked to the back and ignored me, another worker came to the front and walked passed me and she did the same multiple times. I asked her once again “Excuse miss where is my food?” (I am also a black girl who was raised right by mom and dad and was very respectful to all these workers during this time) I was finally given attention and she told me “It’s not ready” I was confused as to why a simple cheese pizza would take 30 minutes. She spoke to the person in the back and I watched them put a cheese pizza in the oven and when I was just ignored as to where my pizza is once again. I asked her once again I was told to “calm down” I was very calm the whole time and when my mom (who is a blonde, white women) walked in she was very apologetic and offered a free drink and said she was sorry but ignored me while I was by myself.
I would 1000% say their customer service could be better and updated, as these workers are very rude and don’t speak to people very respectful.
I walked there just today with my younger sister I ordered the food (we ordered the cheesy pull apart’s and the Hershey’s cookie)and waited for our food outside and when I picked it up I asked the lady (a different one not the same one from my other encounter) “May I get a bag or do you have a bag?” She quickly said “no” in a sassy tone. As I walked home without a bag the cheesy pull apart’s started leaking and it got all over my clothes and seeped into the cookie that I had under the cheesy pull apart’s. As I got home and ate the food I noticed it was very buttery, salty, and not cooked very up to par.

While the amount of toppings have improved and is what I would deem acceptable even though I expect more, it's alright for topics, though some slices are a little less toppings then others. Not enough sauce though I'll have to specify that next time, lastly whats keeping them from really getting a 4 star review is its not a 14 inch pizza, both my pizza's I ordered are 13 inches, this was my same problem months ago when I decided not to order from here anymore, I measured it, If Im paying for 14 inches, give me 14 inches, nobody is being fooled when they open their large pizza box and see a pizza that isnt fitting in it so well we order from other places we know how that pizza should fill out the box.
But pizza hut hasnt really changed their prices like everyone else, you can get 2 specialty pizzas for right around 31 dollars and that includes delivery, that is so much better then everyone else, during their BOGO offer, It would only be 25 bucks for the 2 pizzas if you picked it up on your own, so if you do it that way its a 4 star in my opinion, 2 nice 13 inch pizzas for 25 bucks aint bad, but when I gotta pay for tip and delivery and theirs issues,...

I reached out to customer support, who directed me to the site. The call was not answered without a voicemail. I called back support, was placed on hold for a long period of time, not advised I was being transfered to the site and sent back to call the site directly which one again did not pick up. I called a third time, asking for a manager, which was declined and on hold for another multiple minutes. The associate advised she reached the site and sent me over again - once again, the call was disconnected. I called a fourth time, finally irritated, and just wanted a refund.
