Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Edmonton

Ordered delivery from this location and we received the pizza cold, with very limited toppings/sauce, and largely just dough. Overall, the pizza was flavourless and the wings were drenched with sauce (pooling heavily in the bottom of the container) but not in a good way. Nothing like what I’ve ordered from different locations. I called the store to let them know, in a respectable manner, with no expectation of receiving anything in return, and the shift manager, spoke rudely over me and essentially didn’t seem very concerned about the situation. She rashly offered me 20% off my next order and quickly hung up. I personally value customer service and quality food, and unfortunately, did not get either here. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

Realised So many fake 5 star reviews after reviewing. I Ordered a pizza online on Sunday. I Received crust and pizza sauce instead of a pizza. There was next to no toppings on most slices and almost no cheese at all on the whole pizza. Leaving this review because this has happened multiple times before. Very Disappointing Sunday Meal. Don’t order Pizza Hut because no one is holding these bad business owners accountable. So Many complaints about the same issue is posted from other previous customers as well. Franchise pizza stores all have a poster with ingredient amounts(in grams) posted for the employees to follow when making a pizza. This place is putting much less than 1/2 those amounts on many of their orders and getting away with it. AVOID!!...

I was standing in the restaurant when an Uber driver came in to pick up an order. This store has some rude and horrible people that work in it. Even if an Uber driver is a worker they still deserve being treated like customers or atleast human. The white lady that works there was very disrespectful and disgusting. She harassed and yelled at the driver because she did not have two different bags for two orders of 1 pizza each. They have no right to tell Uber drivers how to do their job yet alone disrespect them in front of other people. Someone needs to fire that rude lady that had the audacity to ruin someone’s day.
