Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Edmonton

I was in the store for over half an hour and came out of there with nothing. Because after the service I got I did not want any food from this place whatsoever. It started out in the lineup no problem everybody got their orders no complaints. I go up there I order my food but I wanted paid went over to wait for the food. Call my name I went to get my food and I said where's the butterfly shrimp. After a minute or two the lady who took more order said she had forgot to put it in. Now I have to buy and wait for it to be cooked. I then said well the bag of the chickens been sitting so long can I just have renew and then I'm just going to go. It was two pieces of chicken and onion rings I had to drink in my hand already. No that can't happen I have no idea what was happening here they didn't talk to me for quite a few minutes. Then they finally say oh we're waiting for the onion rings that's what I just said forget it I just want my money back I don't want to eat anything from here anymore. Oh here comes the other problem they lost my receipt can't find it so the manager has to look on the register with my name look up the receipt find out what's going on finally put it on the on the machine so I can get it put back onto my card and all this time over half an hour in this store. Very bad service and the thing is there were about 10 to 12 people that got served and they had no problems why all of a sudden was there a problem with my order what had happened. Well what I saw is that the people in the restaurant all of a sudden had different duties one had to go get straws another had to go get something else and my order just sat there again there's another reason why I just I will never go to this...

I went here w/my girlfriend yesterday night 22mins before close & the service was atrocious. The woman @the counter was abrasive & repeatedly asked "what do you want for this" & "what do you want for that" like we were both inconveniences. Then, an elderly man walked into the restaurant after us & got the same treatment & what's worse is the staff there completely ignored him after he ordered his food when he asked them if he could sit down to eat. They did there best to make him feel unwelcomed. So, I had to tell him it was fine because we eating there too.

While we waited in line to get our food my feet got soaked because the other lady there doesn't know how to mop. My girlfriend could not use the washroom after eating there too because it was pretty much flooded w/water & too dangerously slick to walk on properly, (an attempt no doubt to prevent people from dining in). We had to be really careful not to fall just to sit down to eat. The inept lady pushing around water w/a swifer kept glaring at us too because we dared dine in to eat.

My girlfriend was contacted shortly after leaving a bad review & seen that they called (leaving no message), so she called back. But, the manager of the store was insincere about the whole thing. The disrespect & careless attitudes here are the result of bad training/management & until that's dealt with effectively nothing is going to change.

Me and my boyfriend were there to have supper 22 minutes before close.Most other Popeyes are open until 10pm.We approached the counter to order and the cashier says "what do you want"We were offended but just wanted to finish eating before 9pm.When ordering meals she said what sides do you want,do you want anything else.The cashier should be saying what do you like not what do you want.There was a male senior behind us he was also greeted with"what do you want"

The restaurant looked flooded when we were in there.Me and my boyfriend's feet got soaked just waiting in line.I think the lady cleaning the dining room poured the whole mop bucket on the floor and doesn't know how to mop.She was trying to prevent us from sitting down we said no we paid to eat here then she let us sit at the closest table to the exit.Before we sat down she took a big squeegee thing pushing the water to the other side of the restaurant.That much water on the floor is very dangerous.We had to hang on to tables,chairs and other things so we wouldn't slip. I had to use the washroom after but didn't because of how wet the floor is.The staff are very rude here and need to be taught respect.We didn't feel welcome,they clearly don't like their jobs.So many people in Edmonton are desperate for work right now,they should...
