Subway — Restaurant in Edmonton

If it was possible to give this place a zero I would. On Jan.28 at 8pm I had went in to buy some subs from this Subway. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. First the lady at the front would ignore me when I had asked for more veggies on my sub, then she would start glaring at me when I had asked for that particular veggie. Once that was done, she told me directly to my face "I think you have had enough" when I only had asked her twice for that particular veggie. I had mentioned to her that "this is subway" and all that, she just mumbled something under her breathe and same with the other coworker. To me it seemed like they had both mumbled something rude, but I cannot for sure what it was because they did not speak up when they were talking.The overall experience was horrible. I will never come back to this...

Very disappointed in my last visit to here. I ordered from the subway series menu and had to tell the sandwich assembler three times to follow the recipe, I thought that was the point of ordering a sandwich with a recipe that they’re not always asking you what you want on it . Also, they charge $.20 for a bag. The city requires a $.15 charge that goes to the proprietor. These guys have chosen to charge $.20. A bit scammy if you ask me. A bag for a sub sandwich is nowhere near $.15 let alone $.20. Charging more than the minimum required is unnecessary. On top of this, they ask for a tip at counter service. The minimum is 15%. I had to tell the person how to make my sandwich didn’t get a bag and took my sandwich somewhere else to eat, requiring no more effort on their part and they still want a tip. I would say their food is good but staff’s behaviour is not upto the mark . This was my first time at the store she was trying to be over smart like only this goes not this and only you can get little amount of veggies into bowls or subs . Like girl i know i worked at subway before i know how things work . The ladies are racist , is it their first time watching an Indian couple walk into the store . With my humble request , owner must look into how their staff treats indian people . This is the first time someone has ever looked over us in this way , no greetings , no respect.
