Ordered Chinese food Christmas Eve at around 4:30 PM. We knew it would be busy but DID not expect this to happen Was told it would be an hour until it was delivered. After about an hour and a half we called to get an update and was told it was being made and would arrive within 20 minutes. After waiting another 30 minutes we called again and it was still 'being made'. We then requested that it no longer be delivered and we would pick it up instead (Thinking it would take less time since we have been waiting hours now) Went to pick it up, and there was a massive line outside, no one in the shop knew where our order was. People inside were not wearing proper masks. Kept being told our food was being made, and would be ready right away. At 7:45 PM we finally got a call from my sister that the food was delivered while we were waiting for the food at the shop. We got home, and the order was incorrect. We ended up eating it anyways as we were very hungry from waiting so long.

We have ordered from Tasty World for years, and the food has always been good. After this rude, and unbelievably bad service we will not be ordering from here again. The only reason I gave two stars was because the food was good, even if it was the...

I accidentally stumbled across this place when I happen to be on the south side of the city and I have to admit if it weren't for its location it would be my regular and preferred Chinese restaurant probably. I went inside and found an elderly couple very friendly and I was extremely impressed with their food. I got a couple of combo plates to take home to the family so that we could try out different stuff and every single item was fantastic. I don't know what they do to their rice but it's so good. The chow mein was good too not the crispy noodles but the soft noodles which are my favorite. My son really enjoyed their chicken balls, they had huge pieces of chicken, their sweet and sour sauce was also good. The beef with vegetables was fantastic. And even the free spring rolls that they tossed in the bag were amazing. I recommend this place very highly. It's not really a sit down and eat restaurant. It's a very small space. They do have a couple of tables for sit down but if you got their takeout you would miss nothing. It took me a half an hour to get home and even when I got home the food was still piping hot. 5/5...

We ordered dinner for two and green onion cakes, which included sweet and sour chicken balls, beef and broccoli, and curry shrimp. Lady was very nice on pickup! Price about 34 dollars not bad for the amount of food we got.

Green onion cakes were a bit odd but decent they were flat and brown and a little light on the green onion/butter. I give a 4/5 on these Came with spring rolls which were decent 4/5

Sweet and sour chicken balls were not too bad either! 4/5

However here's where's the bad comes, beef and broccoli was about 10% beef 90% broccoli and celery, it tasted good but literally 6 small pieces of beef was rather disappointing 2.5/5 only for the flavour of what was there.

The curry shrimp we got was actually chicken no shrimp, and had the exact same problem as beef and broccoli, it was about 15% tops chicken and the rest onions, green peppers and celery and baby corns. Again it tasted good but the amount of main in each dish was disappointing, I think it would be beneficial to them to raise the prices a bit on the dishes maybe to allow them to have more meat but that's...

Great food and service. A couple well mannered girls served us well. The portions were sizeable. There was a nice array of choices on the menu and good prices. I'm sure this little restaurant would do excellent with a larger space and some interior upgrades/ modernization. For example, all the tabletops had plexiglass that has been broken and taped several times, the water was served from a well used bag milk pitcher and the drinking glasses were very water marked. These things prompted me to question cleanliness. Regardless, the take-out pick ups were steady and all tables (5?) were occupied by the time we left. Three of us each had the "choice dinner" which was a choice of three items from a select list. We were pleased to receive spring rolls that were not listed with our order. Complentary? The only food complaint was that the lack of citrus flavour in the sauce for the lemon chicken.

I was really looking forward to this meal, especially after seeing the great photos and considering the reasonable prices! Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The chicken fried rice and egg fried rice lacked flavor and were scant on chicken and egg. The lemon chicken, which I expected to be saucy and have lemon flavour, was dry and tasted like plain pan-fried chicken—I’m not even sure it was the right dish. The ginger beef was flavorful, but too hard and tough to enjoy fully. The teriyaki chicken was mostly made up of vegetables, there were only two pieces of chicken. On a positive note, the orange chicken was delicious! We ordered 4 meals, and of our orders were labeled. This caused a lot of confusion as we tried to figure out which dish was which. It would be really helpful if they started labeling them to avoid this mix-up.

Stopped by for a late supper on Canada Day. Ordered dinner for two and side order of deep fried wontons. There was enough food to feed at least 4 people so if you're really hungry this place is for you... The customer service is very friendly and helpful couldn't ask for better service. The prices are very reasonable the quality of the food was pretty decent too. The only issue I could tell was the batter on the chicken balls was a little thick and not quite cooked 100 but was still good for the price. Highly recommended checking this place out if you have a craving for some Chinese.
