Awful Tim’s! Staff are slow and just talked among themselves as customers waited. Nothing speedy about this store. It was not busy either. The staff who took my order actually stopped mid way and continued to chat instead of finishing the order. I got 2 parfaits and they were not even full. Use another Tim’s Update: I did contact the company. I was informed that the store will be in touch and am still waiting for the store to contact me. #2 update: I have contacted Tim’s again since I was told the store would be in contact with me. I was told the store has been sent instructions to contact me again. This store still not contacted me. Obviously they do not care, obviously just not caring at all what the customers need. But allowing the staff to preform the duties they were hired for. Take your money to another Tim’s. would rate zero Update 3 I am still waiting to be contacted by this store. The owner is not interested in fixing any issue with a customer. Only will respond to a negative complaint with the information to contact guest services. Which I have done. Read moreThis place is going down hill again. They were starting to get better but it seems they are not trying as hard anymore. Everything was either cold, old or dry. We ordered 2 large coffees. Both tastes old and burnt. On the blt and bagel belt there was only 3 tiny broken pieces of bacon, and the egg on the bagel belt doesn't even fill half of the sandwich. Srinkflation has effected the size of eggs apparently. And the sandwiches were not hot. Both the simply sausage and bacon n egg English muffin were dry and old tasting. This was all ordered at noon, so still well within their breakfast hours. Also this location is awful with their drive through communication. Interjecting in the middle of the order asking if we want drinks while we are still ordering food. Not listening, and asking us to wait at the speaker for 2 min before driving to the window. Even though the order is already done. That's what the line is for, it doesn't make sense to wait at the speaker. We were told hold on 3 times while making the order. Either they aren't at the computer, or they arent listening. It's frustrating and we spend a lot of money here, I don't think I will continue to use...
Read moreThis experience was one of the worst customer service experiences at tim Hortons ever! Stood there 5 minutes with out anyone even making eye contact! I could see 4 or 5 people 2 pretty much standing around. Then it took 2 people to get our order due to the fact the first young lady didn't know how to work the till (she might have been new idk but someone should have been there to support her if that was the case) The gentleman that came to help took the rest the order and walked away to help at the window We Stood and waited again 4 more minutes after the drinks were made. Then someone finally started to make the sandwich ordered And then a bagel Lastly was the muffin we ordered (2 left in the tray) was given to us. 5 minutes after the sandwich and bagel were given... nobody needed to bake it itbwas waiting there in the window When someone had gone to get a muffin I started to ask if that was for me or the window because we ordered a long time ago and I was going to be really mad if the window got my muffin.
